As BLE is working in Engneering sector and has network, it facilitates team and provides all necessary support and linkages. BLE has sufficient communication facilities. All these facilities are available in the BLE office. Support staff members of BLE fully cooperate with experts and are available during any project implementation.BLE does out sourcing when needed; a number of Engineers and Experts are available on BLE panel
